We have concluded a data processing agreement (DPA) with Google in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR. Data transfer to the USA is based on the European Commission's adequacy decision (Data Privacy Framework, DPF) and on standard contractual clauses. Processing takes place on the basis of our legitimate interest in professional and secure email communication (Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR) or for the initiation of a contract (Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR).

4. Hosting

This website is hosted by Cloudflare. The provider is Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA (hereinafter: Cloudflare). Cloudflare offers a worldwide content delivery network with DNS. Technically, the information transfer between your browser and our website is routed through Cloudflare's network. This allows Cloudflare to analyse data traffic between you and our website and to act as a filter between our servers and potentially malicious data traffic from the internet.
