How can every quote be a fixed price if the AI only estimates?

Through the Fixed-price safety margin in the Operator Control Center. You decide how much buffer (e.g. 15%, freely configurable) the AI adds to each calculated volume. The margin absorbs the estimation uncertainty — the customer sees a binding fixed price, you have the security that no surprises arise on moving day.

The more inputs the customer provides (phone scan, optional video, optional floorplan), the higher the AI confidence and the tighter the actual price. The margin still stays as a safety net — your choice, not ours.

How accurate is the AI volume calculation?

Our AI combines proven image recognition models with custom algorithms and an extensive furniture catalog database with assembly and disassembly times from leading furniture retailers. Your customers can mark the exact truck-parking spot on an interactive Google Maps view at both addresses (pickup and delivery). The system automatically calculates the distance from the vehicle to the building entrance and factors these distances into the time and cost calculations. The larger your plan, the cheaper each extra quote — so you can scale easily in busy months without switching plans. Fair use: at least 60% of your quotes should be created through AI recognition.

Is there a minimum contract term?

No, there are no long minimum terms. All our monthly plans can be cancelled at any time. This means you have full flexibility and can end your subscription without hidden fees or penalties. We firmly believe outstanding software should win you over through performance, not restrictive contracts.

However, if you want to optimize costs, we also offer annual billing. With the annual plan you get two full months free! Please note that this option means a one-year contract. You can deactivate auto-renewal at any time before the year ends.
